It usually takes 1 to 2 days to process your order, then 5 to 21 days to deliver it directly to your home.

You can directly track your package from our order tracking page.
Some items are missing from my order, what happens?
Our products are shipped separately based on your order. For example, if your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will probably arrive soon.
I received a damaged item, what can I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Just send us a photo of the damaged item to the email address: email@example.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible or if you wish you will issue a refund.
